International accolades for two wildlife films
We’re thrilled to announce that two feature-length films with picture post production provided by Igloo have recently picked up international accolades in New York and the Netherlands. "Ghost of the Silverback" – a coproduction we put together with the Smithsonian Channel that shines a light on Gabon’s threatened gorilla population – won awards at the Wildlife Conservation Film Festival as well as the Wildlife Film Festival Rotterdam - WFFR.
Also receiving recognition was "Migrating to Mexico" ("Nomads") – a big-budget special produced by Earth Touch, Oscura Productions and Smithsonian Channel in association with ORF/UNIVERSUM – which picked up an award for Best Feature Film at the Wildlife Conservation Film Festival.
Congrats to all involved – fantastic achievements!
